Is it possible that Vedith also has some kind of bizarre posting restrictions, like he has to post about things that aren't actually happening? Or, is this in line with his meta? Either way, I'm confused AF.

I was thinking the same thing that it might be a post restriction, but I dunno what it could be. I was thinking that each post had to contain a lie? But some of them don't, at least not noticeably. But then I noticed a bunch of his posts were only questions, so maybe only posts with statements had to contain a lie? But there's still a few that don't fit.

And I agree with Dog about [post[291[/post], skitter is both dismissing the post as satire but taking it seriously and asking probing questions about it - strikes me as odd.

By itself, it read as satire, and I thought it was really funny. But he continued the gimmick beyond his first post and seems to be taking it seriously, so I am too.

I'm wary of skitter because I'm trying not to let the influence of my previous game with her influence my thoughts on this one. In the previous game her reasoning was always rock solid and well-evidenced, where she seems to be stretching more here to make points. Initially I felt it may have been her just looking for a way to get into the game with her suspicion of Hiraki, but as the game has gone on I still see stretches. The recent example is 291 where she seems to feel your post is satire but also takes the time to pick pieces of it apart. It fits with the feeling that she's stretching. I'm actually going to

Eddie I feel is not contributing enough to match his activity level - he posts, but not with much content.

Dog and Gull I have a hard time following since they are hydras - sometimes I like their posts and sometimes I don't, which might just be an effect of different players posting on the account.

Hiraki has not struck me as scummy so far. Pepper I need to read again as I don't have strong feelings one way or the other. JJ I'm also null on at the moment, fairly low activity but I'm told that's NAI. Vedith I need more time to think about - are you pretty much legit posting at the point or still goofin' sometimes?

was serious. Cuz it kinda seemed like you were lampshading your own vote. That line is why I thought it was some sort of meta-satire, since your case on them had nothing to do with their alignment or the posts that they quoted. And then the post just got funnier from there, so I thought the whole thing was some sort of elaborate RVS meta thing, but you continued the gimmick beyond the post, so I began to take it seriously.

I also hate that post restriction, tbh, although it's gotten better.

I don't think I'm reaching. I thought the post was funny by itself, but odd as the first of a sequence of bizarre posts. Like, when I first read it, I didn't think it was serious and thought it was funny. But he kept on posting very odd things, and I could no longer tell if he goofing around or if he actually meant what he was writing. Cuz if he actually meant it, none of it made any sort of sense.
