...aaand anticlimax.
There's 12 days still left, but no good wagons yet.
I was frustrated with MafiaScum yesterday, so why not keep banging my head on the wall with another sub-in, in to a game where I have to respect/fear RC again..?
I'm worried of two possible scenarios, and most worried for the third one.
A) MM4 is scum, and TB townread him the most. His read probably was a genuine one, considering he flipped town, but I wouldn't pin MM4 as obv.town yet.
I evaluate MM4 gameplay quite highly based off of what I have read of him before (previous research for a previous game), and I feel he doesn't give too many obvious tells of his alignment/role.
His scumfinding and "hunch" (if I may say so), make him a very likely NK target to any scum who knows his potential, yet here he stands.
Combining that with his shaky vote on D2 (I feel like people haven't given him enough content to pounce on, so he had to "whiff something up" on NTRP) and my suspicions on him are set for now.
Just remember this later on, no matter what happens D2/N3.
B) RC is scum. This is an alternative to scenario A. I don't think RC can be read any further than MM4 by a newbie like me, so we have to look at his slot from another angle (for now).
ThinkBig scumread him the most, and yet I would've placed RC closer to the null-zone for now, considering his weirdish push-style is his own, and therefore NAI as far as I have read his games.
My problem here is sort of the same as with MM4. RC would've been as good a NK-target for scum as MM4, but here he stands too.
Also something I realized: I got the feeling from reading this thread in one go, that RC and MM4 seemed to trust each other.
Just a feeling I got while reading, and this leads to my worst case scenario.
C) MM4 and RC are both scum. If this is the truth, us newbies probably don't have a chance.
I'm getting a very strong gut feeling that RC/MM4 makes up for at least one scum, but worried it makes for two.
Why did this pop in my head? Because I first got the feeling that either is trying to pocket the other. But from town-perspective this doesn't make much sense, so I thought that one of them must be scum. This leads to a problem though: wouldn't a player of their caliber realize that they are being manipulated? I also couldn't quite grasp the root of my feeling, nor did I find one conclusive post from either to pinpoint it on.
It's just the general way I feel they interacted with each other D1.
Read their ISOs separately with this possibility in mind, and come up with your own interpretation.
So in my mind, atleast one of them is scum.
But if one of them is scum, they kill the other N1. In my opinion, they just do.
And thus I ended back to scenario C, and therefore I peed myself a little.
To base this specific theory (yes, I always have multiple) further onto something I will try to formulate questions to both, but they will have to wait until next post.
DISCLAIMER, DO NOT GET ME WRONG:
I can't scumread their posts, or find AI-slips of any sort
, but I credit that more to them being good players, rather than them being town.
I want people to keep their reads on them very much open.
Especially if TBs reads gave anyone a thought to outright trust MM4 or straight up tunnel RC.
