Technically speaking, a bus driver would normally prevent a kill, even if it was a strongman doing the kill. So you could actually claim correctly here and yet still be responsible for the kill.

Titus claimed protective on Snarky, so if she claimed correctly and is scum, why would she protect Snarky? You seem to be jumping through hoops just to make busdriver work.
