I still think my Day 2 was pretty weak, I kinda find it hard to motivate myself as scum sometimes as a lot of the fun of the game for me is solving the mystery, which is mostly already done when you roll scum xD all that's left is to try and figure out who the PR's are.

Were there any errors in my scumplay you feel, you know besides the obvious mishap on Day 3

I think one of the issues with this game is that both IC's that were here were not super active, and that's not very helpful especially in a newbie environment. Being an IC is taking on the responsibility of being a teacher but also being a solid player, so newbies can see how you are supposed to be playing.

I think your posts were solid though when you did post.

I do appreciate you replacing in though, I was really worried when Boonskiis left, I feel like getting an IC can be challenging

mini-review: Gorny, there are three things a town player has to do in LyLo.

1. Throw away your prior biases. Generally, unless you are unkillable or something else role-related, if you're town and you made it to LYLO (or MYLO), that's because scum WANTS you there. You have to be willing to throw away your reads as hard truths and re-examine the scenario from all available angles.

2. Not get lynched. You did this one just fine, but to the detriment of #3 and #1.

3. Choose correctly and be transparent about your thinking. You failed this one. If you were actually open to options that didn't involve lynching me, you should have been clear about it. Because you did not, you effectively forced the game into a 1v1 with me... where the scum sat back and laughed.

The only confirmed innocents in LYLO are bodies.

If you are town and you are alive in LyLo, it is not an accident. The scum team purposefully chooses the more lynchabit towny to keep around at LyLo. Take, for example, Mini Normal 1900. I was scum in this game and pretty much carried my team. MathBlade was death tunneling on Transcend from day 1. When it came time for a 3 way LyLo, it makes since that I chose to keep MathBlade and Transcend in the LyLo situation.

When you are in LyLo re evaluate EVERYTHING. Pay close attention to the night kills as that can be vital information. If you are strong town reading someone and make it into LyLo where as a person who was scum reading that person was killed the night prior to LyLo, it's time to re evaluate your town read on that person.

- Both of you guys did a great job as a team. You were both newbies in a scum slot. That is quite difficult to manage and you guys played well. While I caught osuka, I don't think I would have caught Mjollnir.

You guys were both active, you guys both manipulated town quite well, and you were able to control the game pretty much after I got lynched. Well played.

Second of all, it's actually a counterproductive thing to post with the 'only confirmed innocents in lylo are bodies' bit: some of the bit about throwing away biases applies but this is backwards.

Don't take other people's posts without giving them credit first of all and while the general advice is good it wasn't written for this game.
