No target (due to lack of submission) changes target to BTD6. Target changed.

Like I can ask your girlfriend how she would resolve it but based on my experiences with it that is how I would resolve it. Doesn't change what I did in the past under that belief.

@Mastina: If someone has a power that targets someone and doesn't submit an action (or submits no action) and a redirector redirects them then do you consider them having a target of what the redirector had?

Even if there was a strongman and Ginngie is a liar or Nos blocked BTD6 you haven't accounted for the scum boon.

The most likely answer is bus drive as I see zero in BTD6's ISO that would cause scum to block btd6.
