@Mastina: If someone has a power that targets someone and doesn't submit an action (or submits no action) and a redirector redirects them then do you consider them having a target of what the redirector had?

This would be specified in the redirector's role PM. If the redirector's role PM has a clause specifying "were they to target someone that night" or something to that effect, then a no-action means the redirector has nothing to redirect. A redirector's role PM should leave no ambiguity on the subject. If a redirector's role allowed to force someone to action, they would have wording specifying as such, e.g. "If they are capable of acting that night".
