Standard is that they can't do both. They can do one action or another. It's like a mafia JOAT. They can make the factional kill OR use their ability. (Otherwise trackers would see them visit two people which would throw off their chances of fake claiming as well).

Also you were asked to be quiet while Fish questions Uzi. I'm here as well to make up my mind fully on this matter. Please, go find something to occupy your time with for like... 30 mins.
