Right now I feel like Steel is probably the last town. I'm confirming receipt of the mind battle thing but I cannot confirm what it actually does and if it does something like neighbourize + steal my vote then we can just lose here.

I don't believe, with either the way that madvillains talked about their power or with the fact that it requires consent from the receipient, that the ability is solely a neighbourize and I don't think I should accept it.

We've confirmed that the ability exists and that's as far as I want to go with that I think.

I believe you that it's not like an instant kill but I don't know what it is and there's several roles I can imagine, including an at-will vote thief, or even like a 3p cult recruiter, where accepting ends the game.
