I'm fine with chaining Thor's shot to either Aris or Lang to be honest. I'll sort you and Something tomorrow based on flips. But Umlaut NOT dying today is a big mistake for town.

If Thor goes rogue and shoots someone not of who we ask him to, then it's auto-lose for him because he's auto-lynch tomorrow. If WE as town guess wrong then Thor has a chance of winning. That is the ENTIRE point for him to play along. If we as town cannot figure out WW's, mafia is left a chance to win it. THAT is what keeps him playing to our side. He'll still require us to take out one WW for him to even have a chance of winning though. So it's a gambit. If we nail both WW's we lynch him and town wins. If we get one WW but not the other, he NK's them and mafia wins. If we don't manage to get ANY WW's then WW's win.

That is fair, that is final. Anyone trying to deviate from this I will tunnel without mercy.

Even Thor will see the logic in what I am suggesting here and he WILL play along. Because he does want to win as well. But he can't win by fucking us over intentionally (because we'll take him down with us). But if WE fuck up and give him wrong targets to shoot, then he might win this.

I'm set on Umlaut lynch today. But who we pick for the night kill we do need to plan. Maybe if Umlaut flips town, we get Thor to hold the shot until tomorrow night but if Umlaut flips werewolf, he shoots the person we tell him to?

I am fascinated by the current situation because whther I am town, mafia, OR werewolf my appropriate wincon is to suggest I'm Mafia and play along.

I will note that it doesn't make a lot of sense not to lynch me today if you're convinced I'm Mafia, that's bad town play straight up though, and S_S is suspect for acting like it's a good move, and his plan doesn't actually make logical sense if he believes what he's saying.
Makes me think he's a wolf and being smart.

So my advice would be to lynch me, and then lynch S_S and then buddy hunt.
The catch is one of the lurkers is probably the buddy, and I'm town. SO...yeah.
But logically that's the best play.

Also what do you mean "might be town"? Everyone (except Thor ) MIGHT be town. Ignore his playstyle and try to read his content. Is it towny or scummy? And you can keep your experience in mind but just don't say it.

I could do Ari or Lang. Not interested in Comm, I don't think he defends the plan to keep Thor alive so violently if he's a wolf. If anyone sees a loophole in the plan this would put him back on the table, but I don't actually find him wolfy in the first place so that alone wouldn't make me want to lynch him.

Mostly just a feeling, I played a couple of games with him (well, one game, twice) and he reminds me more of his town self than his scum self right now.

If I had to point to something specific, he's taking strong stands on who is scum and not leaving himself an escape route. If he's a wolf (and believes Thor is mafia) then he knows I'm town and is still taking a strong stance that I'm scum that will discredit him in the long run. When he was scum in our other game together he was much more likely to latch onto arguments than make them himself. Which incidentally is what Ari has done here, me-tooing CommKnight's case for me as scum.

I'm reviewing Raya's ISO since she's guaranteed to be a wolf kill. There is some corroborating evidence there for mafia!Thor, namely that he and I are the only living players Raya never mentioned or interacted with. Failure to interact with a partner at all is a pretty newb-level mistake though; has anyone else played with Raya-as-scum and did she make that mistake then?

Unfortunately I'm not finding anything in the way of a smoking gun, since her scumreads were not exactly against the grain: oldwino, Vedith, Aristophanes. I still want to do my homework and figure out why Vedith has stopped being a suspect, though it would probably help if people just told me.

People who voted Vedith d2, why did you not vote Vedith d3?

Also, based on Raya interactions I would be extremely surprised if Something_Smart is mafia, but I'm pretty sure we all figured that out already.

This was kind of a bust, I'm going to try and read through Realeo/Lang next.

assuming youre town you cant kill so your only chance of surviving tomorrow is if the real mafia kill your assigned target for you. now what if your assigned target
