Is taking so long to vote signals indecisive scum or play style issue? It is something that kinda bothers me with implosion when I skimmed him (but I dont know what to do with it) because taking so long to vote reminds one of my weakness as scum in the past.

I mean, even if that the same thing happened to me/Bins, I spend sometime to adress her concern.
