OK, *why* is Tess scum?In post 1370, Srceenplay wrote:In post 1368, skitter30 wrote:Another thing I'm having trouble with is if you're going to run with scum!Tess because someone in the neighborhood is scum and was coaching Tess . . .why are you sold on Boon/Tess? Boon isn't the neighborhood. By this logic, one of Eddie or Scarab *must* be scum, but you're sort of treating them as an afterthought, and seem to be pushing the Boon/Tess thing more than Tess/Eddie or Tess/scarab thing.
I had Tess scum before the neighborhood thing. I also had Boon as a scum partner before Eddie. Eddie came up later.
I'm not for sure with Boon. I wouldn't put him at a for sure scum but more of a slight lean as of now.
I feel like Eddie probably would be the better lynch of the day for now. Except we need to wait and see what happens with the prod in the hood. There might not be a logical reason to think that there is scum in the hood because of rng but my gut/feels thinks there is. I can't shake it. I also think a scum flip there goes to prove the coaching theory.
This is like the only reasoning I can find (which came *much* after you declared Tess/Boon to be a thing). *Why* should Tess have been the lynch yesterday? Why does it matter that he moved his vote after being the top wagon? Why is Tess scum independent of Boon?In post 1201, Srceenplay wrote:I think you should have been the lynch yesterday.
Looking at the vote counts you were the top wagon. After that you moved your vote to the next top wagon and was on it for a town lynch.
I think RC may have been onto something about you being coached. If it's like he said that could say something about the neighborhood.
I think Boon is defending you and I'm not understanding where or why that happened.
Like, it seems to me you're basing your read on:
1. he didn't get lynched and the fact he was on the Mulch wagon. I don't understand what point you're trying to make with the fact that he moved his vote at the time he was the topwagon. RC clearly wasn't a viable lynch candidate, so what was he supposed to do with his vote? He thought Mulch was sketchy for pushing his wagon, which is how he ended up on the Mulch wagon.
2. The neighborhood thing, which I still think is reachy.. This theory necessitates a) scum being in the neighborhood (which we don't know) b) scum having daychat (which we also don't know). Since this theory necessitates one of Eddie/Scarab being scum, and you think Eddie is a better lynch today, I'm not certain why you're not voting him tbh. Are you just waiting for a Scarab!replacement to verify Eddie's version of what happened in the hood?
And does it bother you that Eddie is currently voting Tess with you?
3. pre-flip associatives with Boon
Like, the only one of these that I kinda see is the first one, but I don't think that's a strong enough point to start building scumteams around him when we don't even have a scumflip.
