I asked because I like to have an accurate picture of the game. Contradictory claims get in the way of that, and can affect how I perceive other peoples' roles.
I know you weren't intentionally lying about it, and just made a mistake. You don't really have much to gain from faking either of those, but I still needed to know which one was real.

From scum's PoV, you're already out of the kill pool. You are already going to LyLo. Nothing can prevent that except for an exceptionally clever scum combined with a moment of utter foolishness from the Crystal Gems where they join a wagon on you.

To clarify. Our targets have been known to the mason chain since the moment we made them. Sapphire/Jae has known our targets from the get-go. They paraphrased the relevant information and passed it along to V. V has, presumably, paraphrased the paraphrase, and passed it along to Our Lovely Host. As a result, the players who most needed to know have known. We didn't need scum to know our targets, and we didn't need the town outside of the conftown to know our targets because Sapphire/Jae + V + Our Lovely Host + us = almost half the votes (last night), now literally half the votes (this phase).

However, that being said, because Ginngie and I are both loudmouths we've ended up at various points divulging this information
