It's incredibly unlikely that this is something he can control, or he would have done so long ago.

If it was so easy to lynch scum on meta then there would be a lot more success on day 1 lynches.

Not many players can be read like Creature. I don't know of a single player as easy to read as him. It's easy to catch him but people are somewhat resistant to lynching lurkers.

I'm not above lynching a lurker in the absence of a better option.

Literally just look at any of his towngames and his scumgames. There's a huge difference. This isn't the first time I've successfully used meta from him.
