Bins hasn't really put of much of an argument. My vote wasn't a pressure vote, it was real. However, I don't think Bins is going to happen today, so I'm going back to my previous reads list and reevaluating.

Theoretically speaking, you are correct. It shouldn't matter if I'm confirmable. What happens if I'm town and not actually confirmable, a situation that you very well would be aware of being a possibility. I'm not saying that's what's happening, but generally speaking, that is what's coming up. You aren't wrong with the base game, but the expansion dlc does in fact change things up.
