The day has barely started. It's unlikely, but I don't want to ignore the possibility that Voyager would self-hammer to cut this short.

In my defense. I was thinking he wasn't scum due to the fact he wouldn't post. Then realised he was literally lurking. He was online. Not posting though. I wasn't aware that people had to call "hammers". I really was starting to think he was scum. He had so much pressure on him and did not post. If I'm correct, lurking is a common scum move.

Right now I want to hear from the most silent / inactive people
Peaches, Clemency, whatnot.

I really think CheekyTeeky is town. Her defense of a town member was townie. And she tried to explain to me that what I did was scummy. That I shouldn't do it.

Like I said, there was no reason for you to be townreading him. This reasoning is terrible for the certainty you displayed. That was not a legitimate townread. Only scum knows the alignments of others.

Then because Plotinus demonstrated that he was online at one point, you decided he was lurking and chose to hammer him without letting him claim.
It's not just a matter of stating intent. You said you have a history in ToS, I know asking for a claim is standard practice there also. With days left on the deadline how do you not do so this time?

I get the feeling his idea of assemble being town because his lack of posting might have come from this, although its just a hunch.

IMO I feel that assemble wasn't posting much because as a PR he felt like he didn't want to be on the radar as a outspoken town who would likely be lynched day 1

It is only fair to adress. In ToS, you ask for someone's role if you are investigator, cop, etc. And if they claim one of the roles you came back with, you know they are telling the truth.

Role Call is the term for when everyone claims a role. But it is very late game. The reason it doesn't happen early is jester will try to get himself lynched.

So it isn't standard procedure to claim role

I have a town read on cheekyTeeky. she seems pretty pro-town. sh explained to me why i was a little scummy, and that i shouldn't do that. and seemed to be hesitant on voting. seemed pretty townie

i have a town read on Plot. she keeps making very good points, and is drawing people out of their holes, so scum cant lurk.


i have a feeling Peaches is scum, but i am thinking that for the same reason i hammered assemble. because he isn't posting, so im not sure if he is scummy or not.

i have a scum lean with clemency. i found it funny he jumped on my wagon and used "everyone else said everything" as a reason. as if he doesn't know why, but knows he can use other people coming up with reasons, but again. He might have been thinking the same thing that spartan117 was thinking.

if someone gets enough votes to be put on trial, there is a 95% chance they will be voted for no matter what they say, so it doesn't really happen!!!

I dunno. At first I thought the scum play must indicate inexperienced players, but I think that the strat to kill of conf. town on N2 would be a pretty clever scum gambit. I'm not denying that UCV's actions have been scummy but what about the possibility of it being a set-up? I think Plot would be an ideal candidate for someone experienced enough to know that killing conf. town prior to LYLO is worth a no-kill N1. Whilst it is possible that UCV is the buddy to an experienced player, I think the scum we need to worry about is the one planning ahead. Another candidate could be Deimos here.

tbh, i think i could have put demos and plot on the same spot. i mean, they both dont seem super scummy, but at the same time, are not super townie.
