and then Toby Determined left forever, and that was that.
an issue arose with out-of-game discussion between Toby Determined and another player; Toby Determined is a mod-controlled account, but because that hasn't been openly confirmed until now, there was ambiguity regarding whether this involved rule breaking. after some discussion between Ginngie, T-Bone, and me, the decision has been made to remove the Toby Determined account from the game to avoid further problems. no further in-game action will be taken regarding this matter.
you may recall that I've established the precedent of not resetting the votecount when players lose their votes; due to the unique circumstances surrounding this, I am not going to reduce the lynch threshold, because 1)as you'll see below, the Toby Determined account should normally never be part of a lynch or even any wagon that has a lot of votes on it and 2)it seems out of the spirit of the game to have a lynch determined by what is effectively a pseudo-modkill. therefore, even though there are now 27 votes, it still takes 15 to achieve a lynch.
