I appreciate the effort that went into this post.

Can you quote the posts of aris that you feel have helped sort scum from town?

Yeah, sure!

Well, that's helpful.
It would appear so.

Was there a reason for the vote? It was quite naked.

Going to wait and see what others comment on this.
This post is potentially scummy, as Porkens noted. I think newbscum is less likely to say it though, so I'm not holding it as a hard scumlean.
In post 310, Porkens wrote:

It's posts like these that really get to me!

So this is just a vote because I have been somewhat of an active lurker? With the actual content this thread has started to get, why is this the thing you deem worth a vote?
In post 315, Inferno390 wrote:No, see, this looks like an attempt from Porkens to get a quick lynch on Aristophanes.
I still feel like your "scumhunting" wasn't very realistic.

This is a very white knight-y post...I'm torn as to whether I like the defense or not tbh! I'll have to look more into inferno to find out my full thoughts.

this is an unannounced l-1. scum is on this aristo wagon, just not sure if it's both scum.
I mean, there is a very good chance scum are on this wagon. Who are your biggest scumreads from it?
Also, this post leaves me with townfeels unlike that Inferno post, so that's nice! :)

darren, I have played long enough that votes on me have little to no effect on my play. I'm not saying I'm a great player, just that it doesnt actually spur any activity from me!
Like I said, he hasn't posted a lot. But you've got to admit, this is far more than Acid.

Sure.

When I read back through Acid in ISO, the first thing I notice is how many posts there are that provide nothing. There are so many posts that provide literally nothing to the game. Posts 49, 56, and 71 as examples, though you can see it all the way at post 325. There's just so much nothing to go through, it almost makes me think that she's been unhelpful
on purpose.
It all feels incredibly off.

Another thing I'm noticing is that whenever she does act like she's scumhunting (which is not often), the posts do seem a little vague, unconnected, and she never follows up on them. Post 213, 363+367, and
412 are all examples of this.

And then there's posts like 349 and 354 halfheartedly sprinkled throughout, where the post just seems... weird. 354 is the best example of this, where she says that she hasn't read into Aris at all, but then agrees wit hyou anyways? It's very odd.

Al in all, it feels like a pretty scummy game for Acid to me.

I am willing Just not at this point when your previous post looks like an attempt to draw me into a wagon. It makes me feel like you know that Acid's not scum. I don't like that. Even if I think she is scum, you seem too eager to get someone lynched to make me trust just jumping on the wagon with you. So I'm not voting for her... yet. That is subject to change as our lynch deadline draws closer.

This is incredibly scummy, you created the wagon yourself, criticise Porkens for thinking its a good idea, begin to jump off the wagon all whilst you are very confused.

A. I never created a wagon. I just gave reasons for why I think Acid is scummy. Porkens is the one calling for the lynch.
B. I'm fine with Porkens wanting to lynch her. I'm not comfortable with the way he stated it. I'm never going to jump onto a wagon where someone goes, "Well let's get him/her lynched then." That seems WAY too eager for a lynch. If you, or Noodle, or Aris had agreed with me and moved for the wagon, I probably would've gave my vote. But I'm not comfortable with Porkens as it is, and the sudden push for Acid to be scum NOW, after he's been saying that she's done more than Aris in the game, seems mighty susp. to me.
C. I can't jump off a wagon that doesn't even exist yet.

why is your vote being determined by who's on a wagon if it doesn't change your read of the person

maybe it can make you more cautious about a person but you're outright saying "I still think acid is definitely most likely to flip scum but I'm not going to vote him now"

Because the way Porkens jumped all over an attempt to lynch you makes me feel like he's scum trying to force a quick wagon with me, and then trying to build up to a mislynch.
It throws my read off a little bit and makes me uncomfortable with voting you.

not contributing is somewhat fair but I've at least made my opinions clear

fragmented is fair but I don't see how you're going from "he posts his reads staccato and in response to posts" to "scumhunting is fake"

regardless though "hasn't scumhunted" is blatantly untrue and I've ~clearly at least shown progression, reads, and places I want to vote

I have not either seen you ever have an opinion, nor have I seen a single post of yours that would be considered scumhunting. You've never explained any of your "scumreads," seem more than willing to sheep people, and have posted little in relevance to this game or a scumread at all.
You've not "clearly shown" anything.

Inferno, what exactly do you mean by the "follow up" you keep expecting from players?

Have any other players exhibited the "following up" you're talking about?

I just deleted a wall of text going into the reasoning for asking but I think I'm going to stop vomiting my thought processes into the thread because it just provides potential smokescreen and excuses for people who should answer on their own.

Guys! I'm learning! ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ
