Also SKT with any other mid loses that game 5, IMO. Faker was doing a lot of really good stuff off the major plays that prevented PoE from taking over the game and prevented multiple barons from going to MSF. I don't think any other mid in the world couldn't have done that
I have never felt so glad to see TSM not make it out of Groups. They would never play the way Misfits would've, and it was that play that allowed Misfits to even have a chance of doing what no non-LCK team has ever done before at Worlds.

Honestly, WE or C9 vs. RNG would be hype because it means a non-Korean would win for the first time AND the first time a non-winning region has a chance at the title. Is WE v. RNG less hype than C9 v. RNG?

I don't wanna take away anything from Misfits (except that throw in game 4 at mid inhib), but SKT is definitely not playing like other worlds. They survived the series on a fluke.
