Nobody looks over things that they see as "face value". It's one of the things I abuse when I'm scum. Face value when I'm scum, I generally am correct, because as scum, I point out flawed logic in town, and pounce on what they should have done and mix it in with hypothetical situation wifom. I do this as town as well, but as scum, I would know the other player is town, generally, and because of said face value, I'm able to actually hide under that, and push harder, at face value, but that same scenario is different at, say, chest value.

you just defended luv based on some of the things people were accusing him of being commonly performed by either alignment instead of actually going any deeper into how luv did the things; prior to bringing in meta it looked like you didn't give a shit about what luv actually did just looked at the cases and opposed them

That's not true, though. He's pushed for people being town, which eliminates them as scum, if only temporarily. I have a town until I'm shown that they aren't town kind of play style, so I immediately am generally overall correct from the beginning of the game. If something rubs me the wrong way, or I need answers somewhere, I'll pry for them.
