since it's a dark gym, the best I could do is Bisharp, who is dark/steel and would be neutral vs clefable

I will be from Gateon Port in the Orre region. I staked out a location for me to live.

My goal is to train Pichu up to Lvl 100, ideally without it evolving, but it's fine if he wants to, and at some point take on a Pokemon League with solely my best bro Pichu. (or Pikachu or Raichu)
