The only issue is that there have been backup listmods in the past. Has Singersigner done a much better job of backup listmodding (or have to do it more often) than others? From your post it seems that way, so in that case it would be more than simply "list mod gets title for being list mod".

I don't recall that position existing before it was it was given to Singer in 2015.

NP, I'd love something more clever! I think they absolutely deserve something!
I just couldn't think of anything more clever and fitting, and as Skrew said (probably sarcastically but still), it is a Mafia role, so it kinda fits with the theme of a lot of titles.
I think that any argument of "It's a pretty good title but I think there might be a better one, I just don't know it" kinda misses the fact that, if a better title comes up in future, it can be brought up and can replace this one. Unless you can think of a better one -now-, why not give this one that is good?
There's a difference between a mediocre title and a good title. This is a good title. It may not be ~The Perfect One~, but it's good. Why not use it and then if ~The Perfect One~ is found, pop it in?
There's so much more to singer's contribution to the site than listmodding. singer, her family, the Commune, legendary meets that brought scummers from far-flung parts of the world are some of the site's recent-ish foundations. I keep thinking about pyramids, but I can't make a title from it. Not yet.
The mermaid symbolism is also germaine. A siren call.

And I think that if we find a title that encompasses more of singersigner's personality and contribution, then it should replace a more narrow one unless they don't want it to. But I don't think SleepyKrew's entire personality and contribution to the site is "that time he was a Title Fairy and did his job". But that's a good title nonetheless.
