Making a level 1 play as town is the most standard thing you can do. Most new players will always play a level 1 town. Playing anything higher than a level 1 town will draw a lot of eyes on you, as is happening to me this very moment.

Now you might think “well if it will draw eyes on you, why would you ever play higher than level 1”
We can talk about that after day 1.
