could you elaborate?

in defense of my predecessor, lurking is non-alignment indicative, especially for a chronic lurker like sheep. i don't think it really means anything (well, i know for a fact that it's not a scumtell, but i'm coming at this from other people's perpsectives). if the entire wagon on him came from his active lurking, shouldn't i be given a chance to try to make up for his lack of content?

well i hope you can at least understand that i've been put in kind of a hard position here.

i can't entirely explain or excuse sheep's actions so i hope you'll try to approach my slot from a fresh perspective.

i'm not sure. it seems like the kind of role that would come from scum, although i wouldn't base an entire read on that. i haven't really got a chance to interact with her yet and i didn't get a good read from reading the thread or her iso, so i'd say she's null for me right now.

of what we know of the roles so far it seems the most likely to me to belong to scum, along with not being able to hammer. despite this, both player's play seems to contradict any sort of obvious scumminess that would come from their roles - i wouldn't expect scum to make it clear that nobody should vote them if it would freeze the votes and i don't think sobolev would do the fake hammer if she were scum.

For those saying my pkay since first post has declined you'd be right. Ive been out of town since the day the game started and only reslly had significant free time not alresdy filled with activities the day I did that first post. Step mom was at work that day mom wasn't in town yet grandparents were visitimg the next day and dad was doing work on the house so i had time to do my typical wallposts. Since then every day either mom hss been in town step mom was off work, was visiting with grandparents, was reenlisting in the Navy, or was doing activities with dad. So i havent had time to wall post. In 8 hours i get on a plain to go home and 10 hours later I'll be bacl home. Expect a decent level of activity post from me tomorrow night. However, Wednesday morning at 4 am i catch a water taxi for a two hour boat trip out to my ship to spend 15 hours doing intense crazy drills to certify in a mission area, so don't expect much activity from me Wednesday. This weekend I'll be uber activity again and I'll do in depth iso posts and walls on anyone i don't get to on Tuesday night. Feel free to meta me and see that that is my normal play, and that this less-than-that is not my standard scum play and shouldnt be alignment indicative, but due to being on vacation. I could hsve put VLA on if you guys had preferred but ive always hated VLA because it's an easy cop out from participating in the game even a minimal amount.

Like i kept getting on sheep, i wort two jobs, one of which is the US Military, and even when floating off the coast of Iran and working 18 hour days, i had more activity than him. I don't like taking the "oh this is what's going on in my life right now so I can't provide sufficient participation" cop out to lurk. That's why i was willing to give intent to hammer. I hate that playstyle with a passion, and if I can maintain activity levels with my life, someone in school should have no issues doing so. When i was in school i had my cell phone on me with actove cell service 24 hours a day and checked it at least between every class if not more often, as well as spent from 4 in the afternoom to 6 the next morning not at school. Now that i work in a giant cell service disruptor (multiple walls that are multiple inches of steel thick each don't let any kind of signal penetrate it.), often go outside of cell range when out to sea and use 1/300th of a T-1 connection throttled to speeds measured in kilobits per second vice the megs we use for private internet then someone in school can as well.

If i had been scum i would just loloopsimiscounted and pretend i wasnt yet to the most recent votecount and post a few quotes of posts before the L1 votecount after my hammer to mask that i knew i was hammering. I have done so multiple times before. Feel free to meta. Scum me is opportunistic to the point of scummyness, not saying "hey guys I plan to hang this if nobody opposes, give me reasons you oppose and I'll wait and give you time to provide feedback" that i did here.

I used to be the number 1 poster in 9 out of every 10 games i played. 90% of my posts on site were in games my first year or two

That was beeboy right? So we proved the votelocking role overrides the auto hammer role, or it didn't exist to begin with. We'll find out tomorrow.

On the plus side if he is what he clained he gets his wish of not being the auto hammer day 3 since day 1 he was blocked day 2 he will be used which means day 3 he can't be
