It was not a hammer and I suspect that the fake hammer bit was intended to give Theta a bit of towncred and help Toranaga push a lynch on me.

The reaction to the hammer is fake as fuck. He acknowledged that mastinas vote was on the wagon and there's no chance he didn't realize that her vote didn't count given that she would be able to hammer any and all towns at l1 and it would have come into play by now.

I don't believe based on the slice of my meta that he's seen (a game where I aggressively pushed on the most townread players in game for the sake of doing so) that he would scumread me here. He's seen enough to know how I feel about being deathtunneled and how I play in general to know that Amrock situation isn't scum indicative for me and that I don't need to lock the game down by tunneling lynchbait. His stated idea of me as scum is that I tunneled amrock because he scumread me and deathtunneled DS to defend my scumbuddies to the point of having a partner fake a guilty (which is objectively wrong given I was trying not to Lynch DS most of the day) and it all hinges upon me being a really bad, by the book scumplayer, but ignoring just general reputation he was the mod of the game where I intentionally went after the towniest players to prove I could and said in post game he was super impressed by my play so for him to go from that to deciding that I'm scum based on really grade school 'rc is pushing x to defend y' is not something I can believe comes from him as town.

I mean, the only possible way for scum to lose at this point is if they actively shoot themselves in the face and just bus the entire rest of the game. Even if they claimed scum you wouldn't lynch them.
