It's not our fault you don't understand how a player works. This is how he acts as town. He's not totally in the clear, but nothing pings off as scum to most players that know him, as far as I'm concerned.

You misunderstand me. I'm not saying his playstyle makes him town, but that it doesn't make him scum either. I read him as slight town because, knowing him, it feels like it's coming from a town perspective. He is still not in the clear, however.

No, that I see nothing from her scum game that is different from her town game. So, I must rely on something that's not meta. Which is my read from this game, which I've explained already. Which leads me to believe she's scum. I've read both town and scum games from her.
