I don't believe that reaction is necessary overblown. Being a ToS player myself, I know that faction ratios are extremely important, and it very well could be that that's just the type of thing they're interested in.

That he can magically gain the trust of the town back after such a blundering day 1?

I know I'm not mafia. I believe Quick also isn't mafia. I see the suspicious behaviour you were talking about before.

When I was role-playing and voted him in the early game, he instantly backed off of you for a bit. And while I think your sus, your not my top scumread that the moment, especially taking into account that with nearly 250 posts, you've gone and posted a whooping 60 times, given your scumlist, AND claimed a role and warned us of the stuff that role usually does.

. So if we're doing a day 1 Lynch, I'd rather take out my most scumlean target since if I scumread them so hard day 1, my gut tells me there is no way they are town. You still have a chance to be town to me. He does not.

Oh, absolutely he could. I've played games as town where I got to L-1 (lynch minus one, or one vote fewer than the number of votes required to lynch) on day one and ended up surviving until the end and being universally townread.

Scumhunting day 1 is, by and large, very inaccurate, and experienced players will *usually* not get locked into the reads they formed on day 1.

VC request is fine, but usually the Mod will get to it when they can and requesting one just wastes breath.

As for a large early wagon, I know first hand how easy it is to have that happen to town. I have traditionally had a very foot-in-mouth playstyle and gotten D1 wagoned a shit tonne! Sometimes as scum, but usually as town.

Does it save us a mislynch later if they are town? Totally!
But the game is still very young, so why rush it? They may yet prove their towniness!

Also, what makes you say "suspicious VT" specifically and not just "suspicious townie"?
