Scum also wouldn't have touched that hammer with a 10 foot pole knowing I atleast wasn't in their faction so likely town. The early votes were the scummier ones.

Yes. If you draw a scum role and use it for alignment, then use your hero for power, you could theoretically have a scum hero; although hero is kinda useless as the only thing that it's useful for us the 1-shot kingmaker which I already got in setup C. So, scum hero or town hero, in setup B they're both equally useless.
