I get the feeling that there's at least 1 scum on Yank's wagon, not because yank is town, but because bussing him is a safe, townie thing for scum to do right now.
It's also really convenient that three of my scum reads are sitting on the wagon. My guess is that not all three of them are scum though, just 1 or 2. My bets are still on Transend.

I'm pretty sure he had never talked about you before that, and you are a slot I was less sure about than the other two. I also didn't notice Hawk and Frog weren't on the list.
