Would you think it advisable to share this entire list of conclusions you've arrived at with the entire game early on day one?
I'm not sharig an enitre list of conclusions, first off, and secondly, the only way we're going to sort cult from town is information. All I'm doing is being open and trasparent about my reads in the thread.
I'm really thinking you're shading me as cult by this interaction, which makes no sense. Cult would have never suggested the possibility that the vig caim was a bluff to protect a PR claim, they would have just acted on it.
Of course I am. Have you read?
I have already found one cult leader.
You have, huh? Why don't you share that theory with us, Screen, so we can hear more about it?

FYI, I am either the best or the worst person to grant immunity to, depending on whether granting immunity means the cult will actually recruit me 100% of the time.
So, yeah. *shrug*
@screenplay...don't ever fucking quote my posts without including the full context of a sentence, ESPECIALLY not in such an egregious fashion as to cut a sentence in fucking half.
I was going to say please, then I realized such behavior doesn't deserve the courtesy.
pedit:@inferno, I hate people sharing information that doesn't move the game state forward in a productive way. Early claims of PR's, shit like that, it's just idiotic and bad play, and I view what you're doing with regards to that slot as bad play, UNLESS you think they're a cult leader.
This is me telling you you're being dumb, and stop being dumb.
Naturally they should. They ARE the largest faction as we speak, and the proposition of there being unrecruitable slots hints that these are the next biggest clan at the start of the game (cults start with just one member: their cult leader).
Would you rather be on the leading faction or try to grow the smaller ones?

Immunity means you can't be recruited.....I'm really not understanding the bolded. I have a feeling it's role related, in which case ignore this, I don't wanna know. But if it's not, please explain?
If I were a cult leader I would probably recruit people who I was familiar with. Maybe we should discuss people we have experience with/would want to recruit into our cults if we were cult leaders?
1. It gives us an idea of who knows who
2. It could force cult leaders to recruit outside of familiarity which could lead to awkward interactions that stick out or at least stop them working seamlessly together
I'm familiar with Chickadee, Creature, Srceenplay, NSG, Almost50, Mutantdevle.
On reading the thread I would probably want Varsoon in my cult because of his charisma so unless we have motive to suspect he is a cult leader then it might be a good idea to give him immunity first.
In post 118, Venmar wrote:Are you implying that cult leaders have to commit to a choice and cannot switch their targets at some point before the day ends? I don't know that that's how their role works. How would you?
Actions submitted cannot be changed as per the rules. That said, I agree on the notion that allowing the cult leader to recruit the player that we voted to immunize would make it virtually impossible for the Town core to grow, and thus it'd be 100% a scum-sided game, so whoever we vote will be immune (if they're not already recruited) and the "action cannot be changed" rule is so that the cult leaders 9as well as TPRs) can't switch their action OFF the player being immunized if they had already submitted the action on them.
Please don't. I don't want immunity. Give it to someone who will actually fucking gamesolve, please.

VOTE: Varsoon
Pedit ok Chick...
Awww, I've got Charisma? I figure people would want me in their cult for the bants.
But seriously, don't immune me, there are better players to do that for.
In post 129, Cerberus v666 wrote:So, eh, can someone give me a really good reason why certain people should be made immune? That is, some good reasons for each person?
Going down the playerlist of people I'm familiar with:
Porkens - Would not recruit this guy, I dunno why I keep ending up in games with him, maybe I'll learn to love instead of hate, I dunno.
Almost50 - A50's a cool boy.
Varsoon - That's me!
Vecna - Such a negative nancy, would not recruit.
northsidegal - Only sorta, and from a hydra game I did ass in, but they're alright.
Creature - I'd recruit Creature. Heck, I'd recruit him twice, make it a Creature Double Feature.
Venmar - I'm familiar with Venmar but I could tell you literally nothing about them. Uh. Uhm. They have an anime character as their avatar?
Cerberus v666 - I'd recruit the shit out of Cerb, because I love that dude, and I know he'd love playing cult. That's why I gotta immune his ass.
NicoRobin - We were in a game before, but I dunno if I'd recruit.
SnarkySnowman - Would never recruit this guy.
Gamma Emerald - Fringe, would recruit
timewarp - Would recruit, though I forget anything about this slot besides the name.
Dunkerdoodles - Same as timewarp, honestly.
Boonskiies - I've been on a team with Boonskiies before, right? Well, I know I've been in games with 'em before, never went well for me. Wouldn't touch it!
