No it's not. I was just figuring if you wanted to win with town you'd probably want to self-vote, and you wanted to win with cult you might try to pay like Porkens (not trying to insult you with this)

Not sure why I would self-vote as town. Unless you meant start a wagon on myself. As for Porkens, I highly doubt he's a Virgin. He's either an autoimmune PR or CL.
I guess my question is, where would my vote do the most good as town, because there have been lots of theories flying around on what town needs to do, and I'm not really sure what to make of all of it or what actually needs to be done.

Also, I've been thinking about it a little, and now I'm almost positive that Cult can recruit killing roles, because they are literally starting the game 8 people back. That's incredibly town-sided.

Benefits:

1. We can immunize people who we can deduce likely aren't immune and therefore worth running up for immunity
2. If we claim immunity maybe it will confuse the CL's or put enough doubt into their decision making

We don't necesarilly have to massclaim powerroles, I'd probably be against that, if there are any, but mass-claiming immunity or non-immunity. I can explain more tomorrow but I think speedwagoning is too chaotic and unreliable and impossible to measure the success of to be a strategy worth entertaining.

Claiming immune when you aren't so that they don't recruit you, or claiming non-immune when you are so that they waste their recruit on you, is the sort of shenanigans that I am thinking of. Of course if everyone claims falsely everything might revert to randomness in the decisionmaking of the CL's, but this game needs BADLY to be broken upon right now.

Vacna has made me believe that we can actually win this. His maths plus the fact that there are 6 people the clan leaders could target without recruiting (higher than I would have first thought) makes me think that even with the limitations in voting immunity the clan leaders could still fuck up enough to give us an easy win as long as we work together. Given this, I'm not liking the divide we have going on between players who are trying to win as 'town' and players who are trying to win through getting recruited. Personally, I think we should all be trying to win as a survivor unless we get recruited. The reason cult games are bastard is because of people who insist on trying to win by getting themselves recruited. If no one did that, then we could have more cult games on this forum. Others may not share this sentiment, but even though we are technically survivors, I'm still going to consider it a win even if I die and the survivor faction wins the game (assuming I never get recruited, obviously).

I enjoy flavour clues in mafia games and I'm pretty sure the line about this play cycle drawing to a close was meant to be taken literally. So, in all honesty, I do think it would be wise for us to start getting a wagon together.

Also am I the only one that only ever expects there to be 1 major wagon? There was talk of having 2 wagons earlier but I don't really see that happening, I feel like there'd always be 1 majorly leading wagon even if there is another fairly large one. But idk, this is my first game above 13 players.
