I've said before I feel like his awkwardness is just his posting style. He hasn't done a lot of scum hunting, but in the newbie game that I've referenced he made a post towards the end that he had a big string of cases coming up and he'd be pretty limited. If there's some other big reason for him then I've missed it.

Kokichi appears to have no interest in scum hunting. Most of his posts are about himself. His primary goal seems to be getting town read, but for me, proclaiming that you are not scum and making three fake claims is not going to work.
