If you are seriously considering me as scum at this point when for the past 2 days I've been trying to get everyone to come to a decision together. Even posting the time so we don't accidently no vote today. If I were scum I would just let everyone run around in circles like what was happening before.

I’m not certain on the matter but it’s possible. Scum do plenty of things in the interest of appearing as helpful town. You feel like you’re floundering after the pirate reveal.

Because of the math I posted earlier. At first I thought it was 3 scum and 1 3p. But pirate has 2 and it could mean the other group scum still has 3. Which puts us mechanically behind more than I thought

I feel like there was time to process that earlier. I already came to terms with the possibility that there’s 2 groupscum that need to be navigated a few days ago.

The prevailing theory is one of them is scum. So based on that, killing both of them in a row would always kill a scum and a town. I think there’s a better way to approach this. It starts by voting out Drew today.

I agree that this can be resolved later. I think it'll come out if you are lying about being a pirate, but for now I'm at least willing to work with claimed pirates. I assume you're willing to call your plunders once the hail lifts?

Part of why I volunteered to be pirate plunder on N3. There's a good chance I'll be NK'd, but even if scum decide to shoot for more active roles, then I'll be point A of effectively a parity cop, and if the pirates find scum and leave, that'll make it easy enough to resolve my slot. Plus, because I'll be out of shots, it won't be as disruptive to town as if they would plunder another town role.

So my plan revolves around Gimli’s PoE from a bit ago, which I think is solid enough. To recap, that PoE was {Herta, Drew, Aisa, Kitty}. Kitty obviously needs to stay around through tonight. Drew is the most optimal vote-out as he has ties to Herta and Aisa. If Drew flips town, by the common consensus of Herts and Drew having one scum, Herta is the best shot. If Drew flips scum, Herta is probably town and should be shot but since Aisa’s scum equity is in the universe where Drew is scum, she’s a good shot if Drew flips scum. Past tonight, any additional flips are at “we’ll see”.

1 - hail is practically OP that role must be nerfed. town is lucky to have it
2 - arsonists are the worst type of group scum. again luck with town scum are that type
3 - pirates are not scum. for the twentieth time, pirates can only win by leaving game early or town siding in end game. They are even more town sided than a natural survivor as they have to find at least one scum and vanalize them and can't win in end game with scum victory (had to leave game before scum wins)
4 - This game is by no means balanced as everything about roles and alignments are random so there is nothing worthwhile to spec here.

It took me forever to figure out how you were forced to townside but I get it now. Town wins when all anti-towns are dead but true groupscum only has to outnumber town. So Pirates can win by only town being alive but not by groupscum endgaming.
