. They were incredibly crippled on the first day with the loss of two of their members and managed to almost bounce back for a win. I suppose this is more of a Losing Cause thing, but with that merged with other categories, I think this best fits here.

- despite getting investigated Day 1 as serial killer, he nearly managed to win the game (only lost because a townie had sent in a notification that he wanted to use an ability on Xyl if he was ever revived... and was revived while Xyl was still alive.

Second the Outsiders nomination

(for Best Performance (Third Party) - while I'm nowhere near as impressed with their play as I was by Xyl's and that faction got very lucky with redirected kills, the fact remains that they nearly pulled off a win that seemed all-but-impossible Day 1.

Best role claim would probably be "Bulletproof Vigilante Day-Cop"

I'm still disappointed neither Kamina, Simon, OR Asuka managed to get nommed from TTGL mafia, but, whatever, I guess people didn't really get to see them in action properly so yeah :S.

Hmm.. SK/3rd Party play just gets an individual game award and not a body of work as most players aren't third party very often throughout the course of the year.

However I could see an argument being made about any anti-town (informed minority) performance being considered for the "Most Cunning Manipulator" award.

I have more games as SK this year than I do as mafia. Go figure.

I have more games as SK this year than I do as mafia. Go figure.

How many of those that you were SK were replacements and how many did you start? I'd like to, at some point, do a study to try and figure out how much mods "cheat" by not randomly assigning players. Given your general visibility, I wouldn't be surprised if mods wanted to place you in games as an SK.
