Reality TV Applications

Have any of you applied for a reality TV show and been successful enough to have an interview?

I applied for Survivor 9 a year ago. We made a *hilarious* video featuring several scummers; mathcam, Subtle Tactix, halfpint and myself of course!

Alas, it was not first round interview material.

I'm toying with the idea of submitting an application for Survivor 11. The deadline is Friday, January 14th, 2005 at 5:00pm PST.

What I want is some good ideas! How would you make yourself stand out?

Help me to be creative folks! Or more fun still, apply with me! Seriously, after seeing the contestants they have chosen in the past, most of us would fare

much

better.

I'd like to apply once I turn old enough, but for now, I can only watch and hope that the show's still going on in a few years so that inHim has a chance to be on it.

PS -- Ask mathcam about "At least I don't have a fish for an arm" (or better yet, even though it has nothing to do with the vido, John Baysdow

Isn't John Baysdow that one guy from the exercise commercials that is supposed to be famous, but no one has ever heard of him?

...by the quality of the commericals, I thought he was a local thing...
Anyways, to get on reality tv, based on the limited knowledge I have, would be to show how confrontational and argumentative you can be with other people, especially if they disagree with you

If I could, I would so go on the Mole. Maybe Big Brother. But Survivor? No way.

Then again, I'm not old enough.
