Green
is reserved for the moderator. All other formatting is fair game with the provision that you do not impersonate me. I won't be amused.
Activity
Prods will be issued to players if they have not posted within a 48-hour period; they will have 24 hours to respond in the game thread before I search for a replacement. I will also send reminders on request as long as at least 30 (1 Day, 6 Hours) hours have passed since the player's last post.
Players who have been prodded 3 times are subject to replacement without further notice. Player-requested prods do not count toward this total.
If you anticipate being away for at least 48 hours, please PM me or post a V/LA notice in the thread with the expected date of your return.
Days and Nights
Days have a fixed duration of 3 weeks and Nights last 72 hours. Deadline extensions will be granted only in extreme circumstances.
Lynches occur through simple majority (50% of living players + 1, rounded down). If no majority is reached at deadline or there is a majority of votes for No Lynch, Day will end without a lynch. Once majority is reached, no further votes or unvotes will count.
Votes and vote revocations must be bolded (e.g.,
Vote: Player
and
Unvote
). Unvotes are preferred but not necessary when switching votes (e.g.,
Unvote, Vote: No Lynch
). Use of the vote tags (e.g., VOTE: Player) is optional.
All players, including the lynched player, are allowed to discuss in twilight phase until I post the death scene. Dead players may make one "Bah!" post that contains no game-related content.
If I do not receive your action by deadline, your action is forfeited. You may submit ahead of time; you can also make as many changes as necessary, and at deadline I will take the last action you submitted. Actions may be submitted via PM or QuickTopic.

For minor questions or vote count errors, please bold your concern in the thread. For all other issues, use PM.
Pretending to break the rules or exploiting loopholes in the rules will be considered breaking the rules.

How you despise them. They took away all of your glory. You won't stand for it anymore. You walk right in. They welcome you, but not as much as the heros. You manage to find the light switch. You throw the switch.
The whole place is place into darkness. You begin the invasion.
You manage to get rid of most of the heros, but you notice some stay behind to defend their turf. Too bad there's only four of them. And there's much more of you. It's a brutal fight. After losing some of your own, you finally take down the heros and take over the house.

It is obvious that MattP was joking with regards to his role. No role I've seen allows you to get to know someone's affiliation before the game starts.

My vote will never move. This is policy. Umbrage is destructive and openly admits to intentionally playing against his win condition repetedly as town.
I will post questions and stuff as the game goes on and a bigger analysis post at end of the day, but there is literally no better lynch that can ever occur then Umbrage. Anyone who has played with him knows this. Its like the worst aspects of Natarisha meets the worst aspects of LLD.
RC, wagoning in the RVS stage is an effective strategy. It gets the game moving toward something serious.
It doesn't seem like matt was joking and I wonder why you say it is obvious that he was? Just because you can't think of what role would give hints to affiliations, he might have deduced it somehow. He can clarify (preferably later) if he was joking.
Actually, you're wrong. I don't want to go into role speculation, but there are two roles off the top of my head that could give him reason for his suspicion.
However, you're discouraging a harmless bandwagon in RVS which could be used to generate discussion, AND giving possible UN-scum a cop-out.

Getting the game out of RVS can be just as beneficial to generate discussion if not more than simply RVSing for a while and having discussion later. UN isn't going to be lynched just on RVS so I wonder why you say it could give him a "cop-out."
