Rezzers Vs. The Queue

How precisely do Ressurector roles work in terms of the Queue? For example it could mean a player thinks they're dead in all their games but after signing up for a new one they are ressurected in one. How does this work?

For mini games (and, since those are the only limited games that could possible have ressurection roles, I guess that's what you're after), my policy is that once a player's dead in a game, (s)he's free to sign up for another. Period. Doesn't matter to me if the player eventually re-animates.
