You may share entry numbers now. You may chat. You may debate, but game rules apply here, so stuff like quoting mod-supplied information and other things not allowed is a no-no.
Also, this isn't the ring so voting each other is essentially useless. It's like challenging someone to a car race when neither of you own cars.
