Chiaotzu and us have been crossing here in supposed lylo and there's no quick lynch coming out

Chiaotzu also disappeared after voting us and the game went pretty quiet too as Realeo and Bins talk about how Chiaotzu is scum who they'd totally vote

I don't like doing work that might not matter. I'll assess it when I get there and since I'll probably be dead instead it will be someone else's problem.

Chiaotzu tracked realeo to bins. Either he can track people or realeo is scum. What's the reason for scum to have a tracker in this setup? Just to catch morph?

Why is bins role in this game? Is there any reason scum would have something like a reflexive rolecop? I doubt it.
