The Odds has 10 players, 2 of whom are scum. Each individual has a percentage chance of being scum, ranging from 10% to 30%. These percentages will be posted publically (and were probably rigged for my amusement, though the roles themselves were applied randomly). There is also one doctor, assigned after the scum have been generated but otherwise independently of percentage.
Days should last 1 hour, tops.

Instead of generating two numbers between 1 and 10, I generate two numbers between 1 and 40, rerolling if someone is scum twice. (I then generate the doctor between 1 and 8.)
Using that method, each player has slightly less than the given percentage of being scum. Conspiracy ftw.
