I didn't at first, as to let them decide when they came out as double voter, but from now on (since it is public knowledge) if yurkin is not voting anyone, the amount of votes they have will be reflected in the not voting count.
Not going forward, no. I didn't reflect yurkin's double vote in the not-voting count until they made their first counted vote (they removed their first actual vote before I did a VC). It was a good will thing to let them decide when they were going to let everyone know. Now that they voted, and it is public knowledge that they are a public voter, the mystery is gone and it will show in each subsequent VC, as it has since. yurkin's vote counts as two no matter the situation.
