Unfortunately Deimos/BM have already laid out a lot of the thoughts I had on the game so a lot of things I would want to post are just retreads of what they said (votato lynchbait and Midari lynchbait included). Seems like Nash is in our same mindset as well.

Well it implies that i make for an easy (mis)lynch. Ive only been lynched on two occasions where i cared about the game, and two further where i didnt care much and thought town would do just as well without me. Ive only ever been lynched as scum one time, and in that instance my scumbuddies faked a guilty on me. Essentially, if im invested in a game im probably not the lynch. And if im not investe

So you're saying it means what I think it means, you just disagree with me about you being one :)

If people can recognize you as lynchbait, then you probably won't get lynched, especially because you're a competent and somewhat productive game member. Idrc about your meta because other people lynching/not lynching you has no bearing on whether I think you are bait or not.

This was really just a roundabout way of saying "please don't lynch me, regardless of how I play"?

don't understand this 'defence'. You voted Marashu, putting him at L-1 (although later claimed you didn't realise this), and then after getting some heat, you jump immediately onto somebody else who had also been voting Marashu, without an especially good explanation.

#1. Its Miss.
#2. Looking at Mara's ISO that I believe you posted is just bad and even in my tl;dr the faux scumhunting and being called for parroting someones reads in a previous game. Its a bit obvious.
#3. I'm blind I only have one eye. (Seriously I'm half blind I feel a lot of times.)
#4. This I wanted 4 points so here we are.

Also when are you going to add something of substance? Or are we just going to coast thru? Like I said parroting people is not going to get us anywhere.

Best vote of the game. This game has way too many lurkers.
I don't remember seeing this type of episode before on any of the platforms I played and, particularly, unless you have a Nokia 6091, I find it difficult that an accidental post skip has occurred specifically in the L-1 scenario that Marashu was in. I would suspect, however, of your intentions if the set of votes had not stagnated.

Regarding my participation in the game, I have nothing relevant to share and I do not intend to invent anything to create the false impression of activity.

jokes aside, no they weren't mainly a test (although I'm always keen-eyed for reactions), they were mainly just me legit buddying to try and form a little town-bloc to work with, so we can cruise to victory. :shifty:

In post 417, Nash wrote:In response to () and (), I'm curious to hear his thoughts on vota.
My approach to votato so far has just been to sit back and observe. I don't think any one of his posts is outside his town range, but I've noted that this is the first game I've played with him where I'm not sold by his tonality early on.
What causes the townlean on superbowl and Worcestershire ()?
I liked superbowl's and the tonality of some of the fluffier posts (, ), but this perception has faded as we have gotten farther from RVS. My townlean of Worcestershire was based solely on a page 7 naked vote entrance being too scummy to be scum, but his gameplay hasn't picked up since and I take your point about the larger cognitive load so I'd relegate that slot down to somewhere around null, and below superbowl, who at least has some analysis and semi-respectable comments.
Why is word suspicious?
When I say that I'm suspicious about someone, that generally means that I think that person is worth investigating, not that I think they are necessarily scummy. There was something about word's tonality and his early vote on me, as well as where he contributes to the Tux case but isn't on his wagon, that gave me pause. There's also a bit of an associative with Marashu/Pi that enters into my emotional interpretation, but is independent of his individual scumminess.

For the most part his analysis is quite deep and resonant with me, especially recently in , so I'm happy to exclude the slot from any D1 lynchpool.

Oi, I'm good enough as scum to convincingly fake being town! As I have plenty of meta on myself, I would offer you that my range as scum can be wide, although this is more characteristic of my play as active town (especially recently when I have more to prove as town).

I would also note, for the record, that your read on me is correct, as I am town here. :good:

If we can lynch Marashu or Midari in the next couple of pages, Battle Mage might blow his cognitive load.

Having a larger cognitive load is a characteristic of scum that can become exceptionally apparent in less experienced players, whose posting habits end up suffering from brevity and scarcity.
