it's blind tunneling because even tho his initial random vote has now grown into L-1 full fledged wagon he's decided to not comment on the players joining the wagon and maintain his "read" on me and I use "read" quite generously because it's pretty obvious he didn't really put much effort into reading me at all if you look at his posts. He's ok with lynching me based on some random comments about my post count and "fighting".

It's the kind of noncommital action where a scum is ok with where his vote is because it leads to an easy ML but also keeps himself separate because he knows i'll flip green and he will look bad tommorrow if he pushes.

Also you will notice his posting has no comments about other people as my wagon gains steam and rises to the top.

A townie playing well would actually be alarmed at how fast the wagon grew under mostly BS reasons - but he's happy to keep his vote there while keeping himself at arms length - he's probably just scum here - if he's town he's playing incredibly badly and also lazily.

BTW I asked Micc and I could totally play this game under a "mask" account as long as I made it clear it was still me.

despite clear wagon progression towards lynch very quickly - he avoid talking about me now and is back to talking about mechanics - feels like scum who is happy with where his vote is - a mislynch but doesn't want to say much because it's bad for him to get his hands too dirty when I flip town.

also the argument of this post is that aldus is avoiding talking about pooky and is instead talking about mechanics to keep pressure on but not offer any commitment

he's posted 1 post about me since the wagon took off and it's a one liner about how I fought with Koba in Coalition and it looked similar which is pretty weak cuz i'd obviously fight with someone when they're trying to lynch me regardless of what alignment I am. Also when I fought with Koba it was about whether he should be in the coalition so it's entirely different.

Still think aldus has pretty good odds of being town. Don’t agree with the duck’s vote there at this point. I take what’s been said about him just lightly supporting pooky!wagon but I’m still not really convinced pooky is town. There’s some element of “he’s town” from how hard he’s fought this and the fact that he’s been pretty obnoxious about it, but equally there’s a lot that doesn’t seem like good faith — the bits where he talked about how this was some sort of revenge for Coalition seemed like super bad faith takes

I’m also not putting him fighting this hard out of his scumrange, because I think his range is solid

I should also mention that my aldus read is partly tonal, it’s just I think that psot was the one that pinged me most strongly. I also think he just ~*feels*~ different compared to the last 2 games with him (and he was scum in both of those)

how is aldus tonally different from Coalition scum aldus?

He just strikes me as more engaged than he did there in his opening posts

Here he’s kind of more relaxed and what he’s said has been fairly focused on the current gamestate

There he didn’t feel relaxed he felt sort of stilted and he kept talking about the future etc

I’ll grant that his ISO is not super strong alone, but tonally i think I’m fine with not wanting him today
