I will straight up disregard all reason if you have a PR dream again. You can come back and be like, “I dreamt that Locke is a N2 Bulletproof Multitasking Cop and Self-Targeting Doctor,” and I will go, “Okay, Locke kill it is then.”

"Caught for the wrong reasons" feels like a buzzword atp, but that's sort of how I'm feeling about this. Actually it's a little more specific than that, because implosion could be intentionally masking his scum meta in this game, which is a pointless way of hiding as scum if you're playing at an unfamiliar table. Having a hard time deciding between this and the Lion for my second spot.
This post reads shit stirry. I don't see how someone can mask their scumgame unless they're an obvious wolf and terrible enough to otherwise pick out easily. If he's that bad, then you'll get him in time, surely? I'm going to go here for now. Still dislike the Cheeky Gamma hydra. Not sure what to think of Shelby's Cheek of Gamma vote, but they haven't done anything with it.

I'd say most of Art's posts make sense. Some are out there like 292-293 and I simply avante garde a clue about them. It's too early to say he's not readable enough that will warrant unquestioned elim (also re: your policy lynch post.)
I'm going to go as far as coalition them for now. My level of comfort with them is pretty high.

simply because i really hated post 27. it looked like a giant spotlight saying, "hey, there's scum in here".
This reads like your town read on Implosion is based on the assumption my slot is scum? Is that the only reason why Implosion was your sole townread after catching up? How would you view that interaction knowing I'm town?

In post 458, implosion wrote:I get putting them in a coalition for the sake of having the same coalition but I don't understand why they're there in your reads; you said you don't jive with a scumread on them but you haven't given any reason to see them as town.
You're not wrong, I don't have especially compelling reasons to townread them based on their own reads or posts, but the fact that I already had three other slots I felt various degrees of scumvibes from as well as me not seeing any of those scummy slots trying to either coalition Art nor scumread Art, makes me feel they're town by the gamestate - it's like they exist independent of any manipulation or associatives from other players, and I don't sense any agenda to their play.

I wouldn't want to (yet, haven't read up) but I might be able to get there depending on how others view that coalition. If Pooky felt good about a townread on Kobalition that would go a long way for me

One person said they think Art is town for no reason, another person said they're sheeping that person, and another person has now added them to their coalition (though to be fair cheeky has now asked about swapping art with koba).
Where is this coming from? It's entirely possible Art is town but they're seemingly bubbling into coalitions with no actual reason, and I feel like if the coalition fails it's going to lead to a sort of poisoning effect where we can't really resolve anything without eliminating them. I mean maybe that's for the best even, idk. I still just am so skeptical of people claiming they can read strongly into art; I can buy koba's take that it's just unlikely that a townie would have a me/koba team as their take but I don't think it's like, particularly strongly likely to be correct. And none of the people who have included art in their coalition have given a valid reason why they're town afaict.
Honestly the main thing for me was I wanted to start actually forming a coalition instead of vanity voting my own, and to see what kind of reactions/effects that would have.
I struggle with your angles/posts because I can completely understand the reasoning but it benefits you as either alignment to want to swap out a harder-to-read slot for yourself, so I don't think I actually gleaned much AI from this. Although I do think the immediacy/willingness on your side to challenge it is maybe slightly town-indicative as I wonder whether scum!implosion would be more careful/cautious before trying to argue with that coalition, and advocating to policy Art if it fails feels like you are genuinely trying to solve.
p-edit: @Pooky, do you agree with Koba on that?

I'm waffling on implosion, I get why people scumread him but I definitely felt a little mindmeldy with some of his early reads and posts, and even his frustration with Art slot here which on one hand definitely could be maneuvering (as Cheek said in 489), I can still also imagine it coming from him as town. I might be getting buddied, he might just be a hard read for me due to us having similar ways of thinking rather than anything alignment indicative
also Art's last post/reasoning there makes me want to locktown him lol

Who do you think is scum in us/GL/Vulture/Pooky, Art? I’m presuming that last post I’d you saying you expect you’d get mislemmed if you’re in the coalition and it fails, but by stepping out you’re giving yourself the room to point the finger at the actual scum in it. Do you have a lead for that already or just not want to get axed because you were in a failed coalition?

also, sorry I haven't been around much since Friday, this is a busy weekend for me. I might play a bit more later tonight if I can grab the time (unsure), and I'll try to check in at least once tomorrow, but overall I'll only really be able to be consistently present (as opposed to just a brief section of catchup comments/posts) come Monday. I still like the coalition I'm voting

I've been thinking about implosion based on the read of Art and not wanting him in the coalition, as well as Art's own feelings now about not wanting to be in the coalition (?). I read a snippet of a post where he made a good point about how Art would feel like an obligation to kill if the coalition fails (though I disagree on principle) and thus making it a bit of an issue to include him. However, as a whole I walked it back some. Unsure.
I feel that [Vulture, Art, GL, Pooky] is a good core of four and we're trying to stick one more person in this. If Art doesn't want to be in it that's more of a headache honestly but, well, I get it. I suppose Uncle Shelby/Black Ranger would work for me but Ranger's posts about the former is interesting.

I’m willing to buy that post from Art is townish, fairly significantly. Don’t want to lock town them but I don’t object as much to them in a coalition (obvious irony but etc).
