GENERAL RULES:
Please follow all site rules.
Any and all Private Topics will be open at all times, unless otherwise stated.
Ydrasse and DkKoba are the game moderators for this game.
If you would like a notes PT, please PM the game moderators and we shall create one.
Please PM the game moderators if you have questions, see important errors, and the like.
Ask for a deadline extension when necessary; it may or may not be granted.
Please inform us of any V/LA via PM or through the thread in a bolded message addressed to the game moderators.
This ruleset may be edited at will when necessary.
A contentless "bah" post is allowed.
Play to win, and play to have fun!

DAY PHASE RULES:
Day phase lasts for 10 days, give or take a small margin.
There is a post limit of 200 posts per day phase.
Please format your votes as VOTE: Player or
Vote: Player
. We would highly appreciate the former. Abbreviations are acceptable, so long as the players in reference are obvious. If we think it counts as a vote, we'll count it.
Days end early when a simple majority of players (50% of living players + 1 rounded down) vote to eliminate. If a majority is not reached at deadline or if a majority of the players vote for no elimination, the day will end without an elimination.
Twilight begins when a majority is reached. It lasts until the thread is locked. Until this point, players may post in any and all game threads that they may have access to; they will have this ability until we arrive to flip them. Votes and unvotes in this phase do not count.
Please post at least once every 48 hours. If you fail to do so, you will be prodded. If you fail to respond to said prod within 24 hours, you will be replaced.
If you get three or more prods, or fail to respond to a prod by posting in thread within 24 hours (or by PM if at Night), we will begin seeking a replacement (this means the third prod functions like a notice that you are racing the search for your replacement.)

NIGHT PHASE RULES:
Night phase lasts for 48 hours, give or take a small margin. If everyone votes to do so — actions available or otherwise — via PM, fast nights may be enacted.
You may PM us to submit your night actions. If you choose to post them in a PT (such as a mafia PT), we would greatly appreciate you still PMing me regardless, though unrequired.
If you fail to submit an action, no action shall be taken. You may submit an action until deadline.
You may change your action as many times as you want until deadline.

CAPITAL OFFENSES:
Behave nicely with others. Don't get toxic, don't do personal attacks, keep it a fun time for everyone. If people ask you to tone it down, you should do so. If you don't comply, we'll ask you to tone it down. If you don't stop, you may find yourself force-replaced.
Do not speak about ongoing games. Do not speak with one another about this game save for the threads we have created for it.
Do not quote your role PM or private communication (real or fabricated) with the moderators, backup players, PTs, or anything of that sort. Paraphrasing your role PM is acceptable.
Please make all text readable.
No invisible posts, no codes, no cryptography.
Do not edit your posts if you have the ability to do so.
If any of these rules are egregiously broken, I reserve the right to force-replace you or, with Listmod permission, modkill you.

A lonely silhouette padded across a wide meadow, hidden away by the tall grass that brushed at her fur. The sun above shone brightly upon the she-cat’s starry fur, but it couldn’t keep away the faint, cool breeze that nipped at her paws.

“Are you here?” she called as they approached the meadow, faint form looking into the trees encircling the meadow. “Why can’t we just meet near the Warm-Rocks? It’s too cold to bother with this.”

“That’s the problem, isn’t it?” A voice called out gently from the brush. The cat that appeared was almost too dim to see – the trees behind them shone through. “Really, Tinyfrost, you ought to know better. Who taught you?”

Tinyfrost snorted. Padding over, she touched noses with the other cat. “I can barely remember. Perhaps their name was Harecloud?”

Harecloud let out an amused purr. Compared to his former apprentice, he was massive – all fluff, once brown but made translucent in his death. He sat down next to the she-cat, neatly curling his feathery tail over his paws. “I suppose it was. But that’s not what we’re here for. You and I both know that this isn’t right – it’s like leaf-fall’s come to StarClan, and the last time that happened…”

“It was a problem. But not ours, was it?” Tinyfrost sat next to her mentor, idly grooming a paw as she spoke. “We were too gone to matter then, and we’re too gone to matter now. Who in our Clan would remember us? Even medicine cats fade out one day, Harecloud.”

The tom sat silently, before shaking his head. “I know, Tinyfrost,” he murmured, “but this is – different. Have you noticed there’s less cats here, now? And who they are?”

A pause. “I know the ones. It’s like they were taken, but isn’t that cruel? They’ve done this once, why again?”

“Even now, there are mysteries beyond StarClan. But I think they’ve been given… a second chance. Even the worst of them. I suppose that they haven’t yet met their fates.”

“Dealing with everything once was enough for a lifetime. I suppose there are benefits to being so forgotten – we died when there was peace. These poor cats haven’t gotten a chance to know it.”

Harecloud murmured his assent. Standing, he stretched out, looking upward at the trees. Color tinted the very edges of the leaves – muted yellows and reds that stood out against the perpetually green canopy. “Well, someone has to keep an eye on them. Come on, we’ll go to the trees and wait for them to wake up. They all look the same, you know – like that one kit, when she came back. And StarClan knows that they know about all of it, too. They didn’t even get the decency of being happy as kits, this time.”
