Ari - Honestly it was mainly what someone else said that has convinced me that shes scum.

So, I know Ausuka is actually the slot I should be pushing because I've been pushing her early Day 3 and I should be sheeping skitter.

But if I'm honest, I feel Ausuka as a player is more likely to be happy with sheeping a dead town, rather than Datisi as a player. So if sheeping skitter meant voting Datisi I would 100% vote Datisi and win. But I don't think Datisi is going to actually agree to sheep Skitter, and honestly Datisi sounds pretty convinced I am scum.

So if I vote Ausuka I'm lock scum in her eyes and Datisi will probably vote me and it's a GG.

Therefore I have to change my mind or somehow make it seem like I found new evidence to support scum!Datisi

The thing is, this evidence actually has to be natural and not forced, cause otherwise I'll be backing myself into a corner.

Okay so I'm actually thinking right now about it, and while it's true that Skitter said it's you/Ari, I am not entirely sure how she got to that conclusion (except for maybe my own crazy miller gambit theory which we already agreed didn't make sense).

So am gonna have quick look at the part of Day 3 where this happened and see if I can figure it out

Holy fuck I just realized I was so tunneled on solving it as Ari/Datisi that I misread this post (I read it as Skitter saying Dats/Ari). Skitter was actually considering Datisi/Ausuka.

Holy hell we could have won if we actually went for that solve and I didn't act like an idiot yelling for Ari to be the lim.

Oh no I just realized I had a whole strategy thought up where I explain how Aristeia was actively avoiding spewing Datisi town in Day 3 when she realized she might be the lim, but this only works if I solve the game as Ausuka/Ari which unfortunately I just explained above why it wouldn't be a good idea cause datisi votes me like 80% of the time here.

Because I can make a compelling towncase for Datisi but not really a compelling scum case for Ausuka

Okay time to re-evaluate my plans.

What makes a better victory? Going for the solve where the person I call "town" actually thinks I'm "slightly more likely to be town", even if I don't really have a compelling argument in favor of that solve and might appear like I'm just going for the path of least resistance; or going for the solve where I can produce a metric fuckton of evidence in favor of that solve, even if I have to call the person who votes me 80% of the time "town", and might appear as if I'm flipflopping too hard?
