I just want to comment on this because I think it's very interesting and could help you play both town and scum better (and also highlights that Enchant is a good town player):
I was also confused at the time and thought that Enchant was randomly assigning town/scum to your posts. But after rereading, I realized what they were doing is commenting on the fact that most of your votes this game were on town, not on scum, except for when you voted guiltied/CC'd scum (and Guillo at one point when others wanyed him dead):

I believe they are parroting some earlier sentiments on Keyleth but don't really believe what they wrote. It's not clear how they think Keyleth has good associations. Their vote timing looks like jumping on the wagon to end the day.

Anyway, while faking doctor is something Hu Tao did as town, i think we need to look at her behavior since beginning. First she claims vanilla, then when she gets pushed she claims doctor. At the very best she feels untrustworthy, at the worst these are scummy moves. She could be doing it bcz she knows there are players who have seen her faking doctor as town, so she counts on that those will TR her.
Conclusion: flipping Hu gives us decent info. It solves potential Hu+Broccoli+Gamma buddies. VOTE: Hu Tao

So for example in the post where you wished merry Christmas, you were voting Elements who was town (Enchant wasn't saying that was a town post by you).
So anyway the takeaway to all of this is that as town, you could look for someone who has really bad pushes and consistently pushed flipped town but not flipped scum. And as scum you could push your partners even without them getting guiltied so that it doesn't look so bad when they flip.
And honestly that's a really good find by Enchant, so well done Enchant.
