the town won in Open 76 and Open 83 as well as Open 97 by voting in exactly that kind of lockstep.

Note that while the first two examples were
Polygamist games, the lynch dynamics are very similar, the difference being that (7/8 townies) is needed for an accurate day 1 lynch, and (6/6 townies) are needed for an accurate day 2 lynch.

Like I said, I wasn't really anticipating that sekinj would vote for Sens, and I was unsure of how quick the hammer was going to be (as in within minutes after my vote). I mean, I knew it was obvious why she did it, this was a difficult lylo situation, and if SensFan got his way, we would still be having this conversation. sekinj's vote really made me have a hard time to unvote. I did have a chance (like 1 min), but on the chance that Sens was scum, it would have looked pretty bad on my part.

It's the opposite, though. For a Scum lynch to ever happen, every single Town needs to be on board. Besides, I was going to make a post that likely would have changed the game had the thread not been locked, since it was almost impossible from anyone's point of view that I was Scum.

I couldn't be Scum with sek, since I was asking for a hammer when he was at -1.
I couldn't be Scum with SP, since I was going after him far too strongly.
As I recall, I went after Zazier pretty strongly on Day 1.
Therefore, I could only be Scum with rofl.
Therefore, I should never be lynched, since lynching rofl 'counts' as lynching me.

See, that's thing point of my play, likely charter's play, and TWO Town players decided to vote me in LyLo before I could post. Scum cannot possibly afford to actually want so many people lynched.

I completely agree with rofl and SP. I'm not at all saying I played well (obv no townie did cause we LOST). however, I'm also not going to apologize to charter and sens for lynching them. it was deserved.

I'll be signing up for the next run at the lover set-up because I do enjoy most aspects of it.
