Hey guys, I am not contributing to your RVS. Cause I am damn confirmed!!!

I love that vote by Duppin on me, was really hilarious.

Also I approve of all wagons because it will help us get out of RVS, which we are still in.
I will be sure to lead this town as a conf to victory.

Lets have a great game all!

I will identify myself in this game. I will say that sometimes I don't like your playstyle and get frustrated by you just as much as I can get frustrated by Hermits playstyle.

Their are different playstyles though and I try to respect them all because their is no 1 way to play the game. No perfect way to win, no X is only way to win. I have less respect for players who don't play and lurk because I don't think its playstyle, I think its a lack of playstyle.

Just because someone has a negative rep, doesn't mean they deserve it.

I thought the whole point of playing in a hydra was to avoid having others establish a meta. That was why I was interested in the first place
Sure, firebringer can tag himself and give me away, but that kind of removes the main reason why I am playing in a hydra and not as a solo account

Also take a good hard look at my dick Musume, because it makes the cock you are acting like now look small in comparison.

Okay, so essentially the only difference between being serious and real, is that serious means you are lying and real means you are telling the truth?

Are you kidding?
A "scummy looking player without looking deeper?"
Youre saying this so called "reaction test" is just you acting suspiciously and then calling someone out for saying you were "scummy looking."

You have never seen a reaction test before?
Actually having a townread on makara just by this little reaction test he did.

I don't like the way you are reacting to the pressure. Reaction test vote? That's scummy. There are ways of pressuring scum without voting, and unless you have a good reason to suspect someone, there should be no reason to "reaction test vote" someone. In my opinion, reaction test votes don't exist. The way you respond to pressure? Changing your vote under persecution. Now that I have reason to suspect you, I'm gonna go ahead and vote you.
VOTE: MAKARA

Such a bad vote.
If you have never heard of a reaction test vote, you are bad.

It was cold in the village; Ten days before the bandits would return to pillage

All the villagers would be forced to flee
Lest they be made into a pile of mince meat

If only they had a blanket to keep them warm
To make the nights bearable while they were forlorn

Suprise to all our hero was born...

The Fire Hermit would bring light amidst the bandits scorn!

I am an idiot! Just an idiot with a really high town win rate.
That is why I play the game, because I feel so accomplished when I catch scum.

Firebringer is pretty good at this game too. He has a different style of playing, whereas I mostly do things independently in my head, which is probably why I don't get along too well here.

Every post by Brunneis has set off alarms for me. Worried about Trivium though.

If he is town, he is among a couple of select players I have encountered here who defy every rule of scumhunting I have. That has led me to be burned a couple times.

Brunneis needs to go, right now! Seriously guys, I have been playing too many games where obvious scum get to slither their way to MYLO as of late.

I am also with you on Goodmorning, but that isn't territory I want to dive into now. Associatives on day one are a good way to get burned.

If I were to be brutally transparent about what players I am scumreading, and if you know my meta, I usually am not transparent at all; then Varsoon has also attracted a fair amount of scum suspicion as well.

No and no.
Makara and Vedith are scum. They will stay scum even if one flipped at the end of today.

Firebringer does think Vedith is town though, and I respect his opinion. I just think firebringer gives people town credit way to often for things that I see scum do all the time.

So agreed. The first couple of games I played here, I was blamed because others mislynched me, like it was somehow my fault.

I kept stating that I was focused on scumhunting and not on defending myself, which is how everyone should play. It just gave scum a vote justification, "If he refuses to defend himself..."

Also I am extremely selective about which reads I share, and especially push.

I see no reason to head into Vedith territory now, even when requested.

Brunneis (Klingon)
I am going to level with you, I don't think you are scum like my other head does.
I think you are town, I wanted to test you a bit on reactions. I don't like your reactions at all, but I think they seem genuine althought that has fooled me before.

I don't like your scum reads, the only one I agree on is Trivium. I think one on GM is bad and Ranger is pretty obv town.

Thats where I am at right now,

Shaddup, Hermit. I've fucking had it with you.

You're supposed to be the fucking Town Leader, but you're nothing but a dumbass troll.

If you aren't going to help Town, then fucking lurk for the rest of the game. With any luck you'll be an early NK.

Calm down! You are crossing the line, and why, because I am leading a wagon on you?

Just makes me believe this is fake raging. I find it hard to believe that any player here, especially you in particular, would overreact to a post like that without it being intentional.

I am going to request that players who are scumreading the slot prioritize lynching Brunneis today if you feel the continuation of the slot is going to create drama and/or confusion. We would be fair game as well if we were not an IC, which means I am pretty fucking happy I got to be an IC.

I would also like to dismiss the claim that there are special expectations that innocent children have to live up too.
The advantage of an IC is having access to a confirmed town players scumreads, which I have made available whereas under normal circumstances I would not have shared so much of what I was thinking (as a bonus, you do have two individual townies providing scum and town reads)

The point I am getting at, is that there is no reason to expect an Innocent Child to lead town, because that would imply the IC has a great degree of influence over the decisions of other townies. At most, my opinions only have marginal influence on the lynch, and I am using that influence to get Brunneis, a scumread of mine, lynched.

I had never asked anyone to defend me. I am more than capable of standing my own ground without others weighing their opinions in. My stance on the issue of myself, is that myself should not be an issue. I cannot understand for the life of me why I happen to be a public issue on this site.

I have been quite vocal about toxicity and attacking/mentioning players negatively inside the game enviornment, which is what you are doing now, and doing that makes this feel more like a chore than a game. In any other place I would just shrug it off, but it does get to me when I am in these situations in which I cannot ignore, with the whole purpose of being involved to have fun.

People have expressed sentiment about not liking players who do not take every single post ultra seriously, but this does not have to be an ultra serious game, and since the goal of loosening up a bit and trying to goof around is to make the game possess a lighter enviornment, then so be it.

Yeah, definitely scum between the two.
I got firebringer to cave in and compromise for a Brunneis lynch. That means our vote will not be changing at all, which also means scum or any holdout townies just need to give up and join the wagon.

I know you wanted Kling to respond, but you, Max, makara, and every other lurker in the game are the only people who haven't stated that my (Taly's posts) posts as either scummy, useless, or "just to
defend myself and push others
- clear myself as town" - so I feel like I could speak to you.

But my vote is on Trivium. Personally, I am not liking the idea of GM being town, and I've seen games where early aggressive "town" have flipped scum, so I can't say Ranger is town either. Trivium has bugged both heads of this hydra the entire game - and I don't really trust what they say because I keep picking up some very odd phrases - and I don't think people are acknowledging that.
(Which I've stated some in )

I'm not going to argue with your other head, Fire. It has been inquired on why he thinks I'm scummy - by myself - most of all, but nobody has gotten a reply - and he likes to think that their 3rd vote on my wagon is the one that is leading my wagon. The only thing I understand about this is that it is harming town, but I'm not excusing anything I - my other head - or anyone else who could have contributed to that.

In any case, the deadline is in 2 1/2 days, I believe. We need to begin solidifying our votes
>>>>
And I'm speaking to everyone with this statement.

I'm not opposed to a Varsoon lynch if nobody sees Trivium a conducive enough lynch to push against him at this point.

And yeah.... This is where
I am at
, right now.

Can you explain how Varsoon is a better lynch than you or Trivium?

Seriously this and other posts are going a bit too far.
Hermit has other ways of scumhunting, most of them are reaction testing.
All your AtE at the moment has not increased my perception you are town.

Varsoon, I do hope you know that the lack of a counterclaim in an unknown set-up does not confirm you as town.

Varsoon is 100% town, I'm afraid, so you are wrong there, but you can be right about the other two. (Honestly, I actually hope you are. It'd make my job much easier.)

Always the same deal when someone makes this claim. Why is he

I am generally in favor of mass role claiming. It informs town, and the massive amount of pr speculation has always unrooted at least one scum.

I will differ to firebringer on this.

Calm down varsoon! Like for real! Your intensity transcends the internet itself.
Let's just lynch brunneis and progress the day.

@Maxwell - Can you please explain your meta to me just briefly? I know that seems like a silly question, but your slot kind of scares me because you look super town even when you are scum. You are one of the more dangerous players, and normally I would just ask the cop to investigate you, but we cannot be sure if another exists given the 1-shot cop already flipped. Therefore I would like to know briefly what you think of your usual meta please.

To counter varsoon, ignorance isn't allignment indicative. It is not scummy at all to not read the set-up and to vote a claiming player. Some might even make the case that it is town, since scum might be less willing to make an apparent mistake like that.

In post 545, Varsoon wrote:We're currently in what is either a 6-3-1 or a 7-3 town-to-scum-to-SK ratio.
With Firehermit as confirmed town, this allows for a pool of 9 for lynch, with only 5/6 townies in that pool.
With myself and the 1 minimum other confirmed townie who can confirm town on a mass claim, our pool shrinks to 7 for lynch, with only 3/4 chance of hitting town.
With two kills out per night, our chances of losing the game after N3 (with SK) and N4 (with Vig) are very high if we do not lynch or kill scum.
This is an issue.
We should mass-claim, as it will maximize our potential as town.
If you do not want to mass-claim, I will just stop posting altogether until I get killed tonight.
Because fuck you.

Completely agree.

Brunneis is using a very smart and calculated mafia move. She is townreading Makara close to a lynch. We are so used to this happening when flipped scum wanted to set-up a mislynch, but in this case that same exact wifom is protecting Makara scum.

Win is simple. It is Brunneis, Persivul (Makara), and Errantabola. Errant could be a sk, but I am pretty confident all three of them are scum in one way or another. Moreso with Brunneis and Persivul.

There posts are just so incredibly easy to see through. Not to mention all the other inrefutable arguments brought up against that slot.

Taly Klingon was pushed down the slide
Taly Klingon had quite the ride
It was her own fault because Taly Klingon lied
Better luck next time, Brunneis!

Also Duppin brings up a good point. Klingon this entire game has been going after the effortless targets. Joining that quick Duppin wagon that died out really fast was perceived by me as an act of desperation.

Klingon, I am not using prejudice against your character when I make posts. Sorry you feel that way, because I actually have a lot of respect for you as a player.

When I made those posts calling the slot desperate, I wasn't trying to infer that you are desperate in real life, but that you are being desperate as scum, in these specific circumstances.
That poem I made was also in jest. This is bad poetry mafia after all, and I was just trying to not take every post so goddamn seriously. I hope you understand that!

The thing with Kling is she is using heavy AtE which she doesn't use as town as hard. Like its more her scum play than anything else at least from my experience.

I see that you are going to leverage your unequivocated influence on this site to get me and firebringer banned for trolling, huh? Good luck with that!

I was going to talk to firebringer today about possibly lynching Persivul today, but I think I speak for both of us when I say that we are fed up with Klingon's aggressive behavior this game.

VOTE: Brunneis

If firebringer wants to change the vote, he can go right ahead, but I do not see this vote changing until that slot seriously shapes up its attitude. I mean, it is one thing to be a troll, but another thing all together to be a prick.

I gotta stop the tunneling my head is doing.
Like I think Hermit can be good, but this tunneling is doing nobody any favors.
UNVOTE: Brunneis
I need to relook at the game, but this push on Brunneis isn't going anywhere and frankly so many are pushing against it I don't think it would just be scum diverting it.

And @Ika it was the Midnight Sun game. I can see it maybe being a Null tell. Kling once told me she can go AtE too hard sometimes, I just don't like where she took it and it was blinding me to the events of the game.

@Errant I am not in the mindset to lynch anyone yet tbh. Brunneis was my strongest scum read. I don't see duppin or max being scum. Ika definitely not. So I don't know where to go.

Need some time to think about this game.

I might be willing to lynch Ranger. Just cause I am null on her.

I am about ready for a flip in this game to be honest, really has stagnated.

Did the votes just reset? I thought we were much closer to a lynch than this.
Anyways, my other head probably is feeling less motivated to play this game, and I can understand why.

Right now, I just want to lynch someone and call it a day. Would prefer someone in Ranger/duppin/Brunneis.

So yeah me and my buddy are getting al ittle apathetic to the game.
And our reads are vastly different.

he is hard scum reading pers, who I am just null on tbh.

But its only one we can agree on atm.

VOTE: Persivul

He has taken a step back from the game. Which I kinda want to, but the game must go on!

In post 1162, Brunneis wrote:Fire/Hermit - I know you both want Pers lynched versus Troy, but we have to have all town vote to lynch somebody if we want to avoid the idea of "which scum bussed their buddy" next dayphase - which will create WIFOM - and we don't need anymore of that especially since we could be looking at game-long mylo from this point forward until we actually win; on the idea that we DON'T lynch the scum PR.

If I am pushing pers, that means this wagon is at least partially town lead. Right, or wrong?

Pers is the one I am voting and I don't see me changing my mind on this.

I liked how Taly is being a town leader right now tbh. I would be willing to disregard my scumread if she pushed a lynch on Persivul, since I still strongly think they are associated with each other.
I find it incredibly suspicious that the slot has avoided ALL contact with persivul. Even in that last post Taly is saying that she is 95% sure that Persivul is scum, but 5% of doubt is making her withhold. Well don't withhold, and vote persivul! That is where all my doubt is stemming from.

Still think something might be off with Persivul, but my reads have been way off this game. I guess I can see Errant being scum.
Will hammer if firebringer consents.

Thats nice how I didn't get any "Day Begins" pm.

Anyways I am down for fast lynch on Pers slot.

VOTE: Titus

No offense Titus, but you did switch into a bad slot.
