Fire brings the lynch pool to 4 people. Right off the bat. If he's scum he can guarantee no scummates are killed today. And then everyone throws him a townread because "lol that's too dumb and reckless to not be town"

As an aside. The correct town play to make here would be to play conservatively; to gather everyone's input, decide as a whole who needs to be lynched before a challenge is issued, and then systematically lynch that player.

Suggestion: imagine a world where no challenge has been issued for this phase. Everyone casts an unofficial vote. We could keep an unofficial vote count. Once we've agreed who dies today by way of unofficial vote, we challenge their team and kill em off. Not agreeing to do this = scum throwing up smoke and disorienting us. *stares at fire*

Yaknow I typed a lot of words right now and then decided they didn't mean much. The tldr is vedith feels town to me. I played with scum-him once. This doesn't feel like that.

As for buddying his "buddy" that's a null tell at worst. Frankly I'd think that if either of them are town, they'd be super pumped to be on a "team" with each other, and regardless of the others alignment that feeling would he reciprocated (or if scum, pretended to be reciprocated). Here's the thing, I have an extreme aversion to lynchbait. I don't vote lynchbait. You can read a few of my games and see me declaring such, and explaining in detail that I feel this way and why, and so on. I don't do it. Everytime I see everyone clamoring for someone's head on the basis that they're bad, literally every time, they have been town. Fuck that shit idc if they're bad lynching team mates is anti win condition. It is infinitely better to talk to these people and engage them and find out that, oh shit they're actually town and they're not that bad.

Das is bochitt. Vyse made a challenge before a flip occured, which would have clearly been ignored (as it was) and trys to take towncred for it because it would have supposedly lost the game for him.

Thing is, no matter what alignment, a self vote in lylo is losing the game for your faction. We can't say it's townie indicative because it's a fatalistic attitude that has nothing to do with being town. It's simply horrible play.

What this does do, is pile on with the AtE that vyse has been drowning us in for the past few phases. He's faking frustration and annoyance and attempting to claim that its town.

Davsto, molla, shiro and suzune were pretty much all lynches on townreads and if I'm not mistaken *I was a part of every single one*. Davsto couldn't have been scum with titus, Shiro and suzune were both super town to me...granted shiro wasn't an option because of the 1v1, but then we lynched suzie and I knew she was town. And then molla......K I had doubts about molla but not as much as vyse.

And a common thread between all of those, if I'm not mistaken, was scum yelling at us to lynch them xD

I think it might really help if I could start actually taking notes too. I wind up being wildly inconsistent half because I forget things that have happened and I just go with the flow. "Yaaay we killed suzune, oh wait I was townreading her and forgot"

Part of that note taking should be noting dead players reads and dying thoughts, because if I forgot what *I* think how the hell am I gonna remember what other people thought o.o

Oh yeah no doubt I played like an absolute scumshit this game. I made a lot of bad moves. That part was just bluster and talking shit xD
