It's unfortunate that I never got the chance to fully analyze the results from my earlier thought experiment. The statement was made with the full intent of seeing what reactions it would draw. Needless to say, I am fully confident in Cake being scum, and strongly recommend you guys lynch that slot.

I would also implore Nahdia to take a deeper look into how different players reacted to my statement, as I know on a cursory glance, some pushes were worse than others, and there are bound to be scum to be found there, independent from simple probability of game size.

I think the message in the moderator post is a distraction. Seriously we spend a least a third of the pages from yesterday discussing Varsoon. It would be a brilliant play for us to start the fight again and waste most of the day not really scum hunting because we are spending the whole day dealing with him again. Although I want to point two important things that came from it. The first is that Elsa and Ana are very easy to manipulate which will bode poorly for the game because they did not even stop to think of the implications but instead went on the offensive. The second was that beef boy offered to betray Varsoon because he loses with him anyway. This is not the kind of ally with a quick betrayal that we need from that faction, we will be in trouble with that one. So it it really came down to it, I would lynch bee boy over Varsoon in a heartbeat.

Well actually, I'm pretty sure most mods tend to assign roles via a variety of different randomization processes; not the way they speak. If you want to make a blanket statement that I'm scum in all my games I've ever played then go ahead, but that much I can prove you're wrong about ^_~

On Goofball; the power differential between Dwlee's role and Goofball's role makes me think Dwlee is scum and Goofball is... top half of the chart. But I wouldn't be surprised if it's another scumrole. Or if she's just Asari/Turian. I certainly don't hard townread her at any rate.
